Returns & Replacements
We back all of our phones with a 30 warranty. If within the first 30 days you experience any issues with your phone we will refund the purchase price or exchange the phone with the same or like model. If you simply change your mind or just do not want the phone then we will accept a return of the phone with a 15% process fee. This is done to cover costs associated with processing your order, shipping, and handling the return process. We do not cover any misuse, abuse or returns that show signs of tampering. Again, We stand by all our products, if there is a problem with your phone please send it back and we will refund your money or replace your phone.
