We provide Free First Class Shipping anywhere in the United States 3-5 days. Not 7 – 10 days like other on-line stores. If you need the phone faster we offer PRIORITY shipping at the USPS rate of $5.95 which takes 2-3 days.

All phones are either new, refurbished, or pre-owned/used Fully Tested and are guaranteed to work. If there is anything wrong with your phone we will replace your phone or refund your money within 14 days of purchase. This allows you the time to make sure the phone is in proper working order. If you simply change your mind or just do not want the phone then we will accept a return of the phone with a 15% restock fee. This is done to cover any costs processing your order and returning it to stock. We will also inspect and test the returned phone to ensure that there has not been any misuse or abuse.
