Returns & Replacements
All returns or replacements must be approved by us before being sent back. We back all of our phones with a 30 warranty. If within the first 30 days you experience any issues with your phone we will refund the purchase price or exchange the phone with the same or like model. If you simply change your mind or just do not want the phone then we will accept a return of the phone with a 15% restock fee. This is done to cover any costs processing your order and returning it to stock. We will also inspect and test the returned phone to ensure that there has not been any misuse or abuse. We will refuse and return any phones returned to us that shows signs of abuse.
